If you experience difficulties in placing your order online, you can contact our team to place your order by phone or email.

HOW TO BUY
Choose the products
Add the products you want to order to your shopping cart.
Click on “View Cart” (in the upper right corner)
Confirm that the products you want to purchase are in your shopping cart. If everything is ok, you can click the “Checkout” button again.

The price of postage is calculated and added at the end of the order.

After confirming the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the order number.

SHIPPING
RESTRITO.PT is always looking for the fastest, safest and most economical solution to send your orders.

The price of postage is already included in the price shown on our website.

All products available on the website are available for immediate delivery, with the exception of products marked “Soon”. In this situation you can send an email to be notified when the product is available for purchase.

All orders confirmed by 12:00 on a business day will be dispatched on the same day (after confirmation of good collection). Orders registered after 12:00 on a business day will be shipped on the following business day. The deadline for dispatching the order will never exceed 24h, unless there is an immediate stock outage. In a situation of immediate out of stock, the buyer will be notified immediately, and will be able to decide whether to wait for the replacement and shipment of the product(s) in question.

Orders have a tracking code so you can track your route.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating that it was sent, along with the tracking code and the link where you can track the order.

CANCELLATIONS

You can request the cancellation of your order by contacting us through the available channels. We will make every effort to fulfill your cancellation request, but if your order is already being processed or has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Although we make every effort to comply with your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that it will be processed in time, and we would appreciate your understanding if it is not possible to cancel.

RETURNS

You can return one or more products you have received within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging. The product packaging must not be damaged, altered or scratched.

To proceed with the return, please contact our CLIENT Service. You will need to specify the order number and the item(s) to be returned. Refund is possible through the original payment method (when possible), by bank transfer, or through SHOP credit that can be used in the next order, which does not have any validity period for use.
